Shipping is calculated based on weight and zip code. At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. Check back, this may change! Choose your shipping speed via USPS or UPS. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. See full shipping policy here.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at help@myspeechshop.com within one (1) week of delivery of your order. We will work with you to issue a refund; HOWEVER, a partial refund will be offered if your product includes a digital component (e.g. SLP/parent cheat sheet).

To initiate the return process, please email help@myspeechshop.com and include your order number, and reason for return.

If you have not received your delivery and are concerned it may be missing, please contact us at help@myspeechshop.com within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within this timeframe, we can not be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement.

OH NO! If for any reason one of our products arrives damaged, please email us at help@myspeechshop.com within one (1) week of receiving your package. If we are not notified within this time frame, we can not be held accountable for the damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement.

Most of our products are for children 3 and older (many have small parts and can pose a choking hazard with children younger than 3 AND with children who frequently put objects in their mouth.) Please use discretion when choosing toys for your child or caseload.

Most games/books/toys are geared toward pre-k and elementary students at this time. All products will note the appropriate age on the product pages.

Start with what your child likes! Does he/she love animals? Maybe they like games! Or books about the ocean. We have many ways for you to search for products - by theme or by type.

Is your child currently receiving speech therapy? Talk to your Speech-Language Pathologist and get their input on types of products that would be a good fit!

Each toy, book, or game comes with a digital & physical parent "cheat sheet" with specific ideas for using the product to encourage speech-language skills AND a more general strategy that can be applied across products!

Each toy, book or game (with the exception of a few tools/accessories) comes with a digital & physical SLP "cheat sheet" with product-specific vocabulary targets, including verbs, descriptors, and core words. PLUS a list of articulation targets aligned with the product/theme.

If you add a digital game/toy/book companion to your order, it will be delivered to your email upon order fulfillment (i.e. when your order is ready to ship).

If you added a "fully prepped" option, we will print, laminate, and organize your add-on prior to shipping your product. Please allow 5 business days for this to be completed and shipped with your order!
