When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. When your order is fulfilled & ready to ship, you will receive another email with tracking information. Please be patient as tracking information can take up to 48 hours before an update is posted.

Digital products will be sent to your email once the order is fulfilled and ready to ship. You will also receive a physical QR code linking to the digital product.

If you order a fully prepped add-on (e.g. game or book companion), please allow 5 business days for shipment. 

Where do you ship? 

Currently, we ship anywhere in the United States. Deliveries leave from Maryland. We will ship internationally on a case by case basis, with shipping charges based on weight, duties, taxes, etc. Just send us an email and we will get you some quotes! Help@myspeechshop.com

Is the shipping price included?
